SolarWinds Backup: Accessing invoices for SolarWinds Backup and Recovery

DESCRIPTION

  • Beginning with November 30, 2017 invoices, the billing platform for SolarWinds Backup and Recovery will be updated including the introduction of online account management through the Community Resource Center and a change in automatic payment dates.

SOLUTION

  • Billing and Account Management through the Community Resource Center 
    • Customers will be able to view invoices and manage your account from the SolarWinds MSP Community Resource Center.From within the portal, you will be able to 
      • Manage your account
      • Manage automatic payments 
      • View invoices
    • To access your invoice in the Community Resource Center: 
  1. From the main menu, click on the My Account option and select Billing
  2. Unpaid invoices will appear in the Outstanding Invoices tab. 
  • Processing of Automatic Payments 
    • Automatic payments will no longer be process on the 10th of each month, but on the 15th. This is also a systematic change and does not require for you do anything to request it.
