To recover a deleted document from a users intray:

1. Login as an admin user

2. Admin tab

3. Under 'users and groups' navigate to intray security

4. Select your login on left, and tick boxes next to user whose data needs recovering > save and close

5. Search tab > select persons in tray on right > tick box for search deleted only
If search deleted box doesn't appear, select Virtual cabinet (above intrays) > Click choose indexes (middle right hand side) > tick search deleted only box > ok

6. Search for document as normal in persons intray and restore
