The path for the templates needs to be exactly the same as it is on the Server, for example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Thomson Reuters\Accounts Production Advanced\Templates\Report Element Templates

That is what shows on the Server, but on local devices, it will probably show as:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Digita\Accounts Production Advanced\Templates\Report Element Templates

I copied and pasted the templates folder into a new folder I created, that matched the server path, and it worked (for DAPA).

To check what the path is (on DAPA was where I tested it), go to tools, and then system options, and the path should show there.
